- enable to construct keccak sha3 so keccak-sha3 digest can be used in hmac / pbkdf transparently (without need to call special digest(keccak=True) as some functions taking Digest object call digest() directly so keccak mode have to be specified before that point)

Added callback for PIN timeout
...
When PIN is entered or changed and their were failed tries the function
waits for time (exponential slow down). For every second it waits, it
now calls back into python to give it the chance to show a message.
GUI still needs to be implemented
