and add debuglink messages for reading/writing flash

this also refactors get_firmware_hash to use the flash area API instead of the original hardcoded function

Because confirm_* returns None and raises on false.

but this layout is actually a prompt akin to should_show_more

34965ca2cb refactor(core/ui): use LayoutObj signatures in layout files 
* make sure every confirm_* returns None
* prefer "def -> Awaitable[T]" to "async def -> T" everywhere (avoids one useless allocation per call)
* type-check return values from Rust layouts
