feat(common): enable Taproot on Groestlcoin
Add additional device tests for GRS

Add P2TR GetAddress for GRS mainnet and testnet

Add SignTX spending taproot UTXO (The resulting transaction from the SignTx device test was successfully mined on Testnet.)
