matejcik 8538f3a65f refactor(core/ui): improve LayoutObj initialization ... * some functionality was moved into LayoutObjInner impl, making operations more ergonomic * placement is now invoked explicitly at construction time, instead of relying on EventCtx magic * RequestPaint message is sent at construction time to force calculation of number of pages * given that Attach corresponds to "start the layout" message, Child now responds to Attach the same way it responds to RequestPaint, by force-repainting everything.		2023-11-28 10:00:18 +01:00
