grdddj 0381faffb1 feat(core): support DebugLinkRecordScreen.refresh_index 
Clients can set their own REFRESH_INDEX: int that will we part of the
screenshot name - e.g. refresh01-...
It is up to the client to keep increasing this number with each
emulator restart.

Repository Structure
