- build variables, jefferson UI selected for compilation only with
`UI_JEFFERSON_DEV=1`
- jefferson directory structure
- bootloader UI and assets copied from quicksilver
- FirmwareUI trait functions are empty
- Python layout functions are copied from quicksilver except some of
more complicated ones which raise NotImplemented for now
