refactor(core/rust): reorganize LayoutObj

* move most actual functionality to LayoutObjInner
* subsume features of top-level Root and Child into LayoutObjInner
(saving ~7 kB of flash because LayoutObjInner is not generic)
* make use of GcBox to drop the top-level component
