My contract with O'Reilly said:
> After a period of 12 months has passed from the publication date of
> the first U.S. hard copy edition of the Work, you reserve the right to
> make copies of the Work available under Creative Commons Attribution-
> ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA).
The U.S. hard copy edition was released 2023-12-12, which is now over 12
months in the past, so I'm exercising my right.
The third edition of Mastering Bitcoin, written by David Harding for O'Reilly Media was published in December 2023. It is now also available under a CC-BY-NC-ND license, here.
