firstboot: add text-based fallback in case of GUI failed
If firstboot fails it is very hard to debug the problem, because lack of any
user and no network access. So provide some basic fallback.

Set Epoch=1000 for our firstboot packet
So that it always get choosen instead of the firstboot from the fedora repo.
