refactor(core): change gen_font.py and regen fonts

Change to the new structures and preserve manual changes. This commit
also removes duplicated definition of nonprintable glyph for _UPPER
fonts.

The new option allows generation of font glyph definition where both
lowercase and uppercase letters are mapped to uppercase glyphs.
