Robert Gützkow	ada829fa20	Fix the processing for constant salt ... KNX IP Secure uses a constant salt, which require the use of `OPTS_TYPE_DEEP_COMP_KERNEL`. This commit adds the required options and adjusts the indexing of the esalt accordingly. The attempt at an optimized kernel has been removed as requested in the PR feedback.
