Renamed pure kernels to default kernels
Replaced long option --length-limit-disable with --optimized-kernel-enable
Replaced short option -L with -O
Set --optimized-kernel-enable to unset by default

2a2bd0e2b1
Restore strerror as %m is unsupported by the BSDs
The BSDs just print m instead of the actual error message. Benefit
is not worth the cost.
