grossmj c271ef8c6a Tool to add, configure and remove Windows loopback adapters.
New dependency: wmi (not added to requirements.txt).

Usage (must be running with admin rights):
gns3loopback.exe --add MY_LOOPBACK 10.0.0.1 255.0.0.0
gns3loopback.exe --remove MY_LOOPBACK
