Tom Hacohen 1bbf00c6bd Revert "BaseManager: Consider SSLHandshakeExceptions as real issues." 
This change was mostly flagging non-real issues, like connection reset
by peer. Revert for now and come up with an alternative solution.

This reverts commit d3ad17e0bb.

EteSync's source code was originally based on DAVdroid but the codebases has since diverged quite significantly.
