version 4.1.24-10 
Downgrade to 4.1.24, because 4.1.28 turns out to be quite buggy:
- broken backport of 8f182270dfec "mm/swap.c: flush lru pvecs on compound page arrival"
- some bug resulting in soft lockup on iptables call

There are fixes queued for 4.1.29 already...

Add psmouse-byd driver 
Since this driver is already included in mainline 4.6, lets integrate it
into main kernel package instead of keeping as separate DKMS package.

Fixes QubesOS/qubes-issues#2131

cc897b77ec config: compile USB controllers as modules 
This makes possible to not attach the device there before pciback takes
them.

2977710ede config: switch NO_HZ_FULL to NO_HZ_IDLE 
NO_HZ_FULL doesn't give anything on Xen PV (only a warning at startup).
