splash.xpm.gz: the splashscreen used by grub.

Format requirements:

640x480, 15 colors, XPM format. Note that the grub text is defined to be
white, highlighted in black, so keep contrast in mind.

grub does not use descriptive color names; if using ppmtoxpm, pass -hexonly.
